“I am strongly convinced that as much as I would like to express thanks to our two outgoing ministers Łukasz Szumowski and Jacek Czaputowicz, that I would like to express thanks to our new two ministers for their decision to take on the very difficult and important role of minister. As the latin etymology explains, the minister is the one who serves. I am convinced that prof. Rau will serve our country in the area of foreign affairs brilliantly, and Doctor Niedzielski will in the area of healthcare, public healthcare and its continued reform, and in the area of improving it, brilliantly serve our citizens. I am hoping that he will serve under the coronavirus conditions for the next few months and then later will continue in better circumstances on improving the Polish public healthcare system in a way that Poles will be most happy with”, stated prime minister Morawiecki.
