In Wednesday’s statement, Ardanowski wrote that as the Minister of Agriculture, he provided his attention to the draft amendment to the protection of animals to Law and Justice Party’s politicians. ‘This is my statement in the internal debate considering the economic and social consequences of the planned decisions. I am sure that concrete data and the impact assessment of the planned changes within Polish agriculture is my duty’ – emphasised. 


On Wednesday, in the Polish Parliament, the draft amendment to the protection of animals will be presented. bans, e.g. fur animal husbandry to obtain fur, abuse the animals for entertainment. It also limits the ritual slaughter and strengthens the social control of the conditions. Moreover, it bans the constant keeping on a leash and the establishment of the minimal size of the cribs.
