Fogiel was asked in the Tuesday program "Tłit" in Wp.pl network about whether the government is looking for an opportunity to purchase additional batches of vaccines outside the EU system.
"Of course, we are analyzing the situation and we want Poland to receive as many vaccines as possible," replied the politician.
"Germany has decided to break European solidarity and order vaccines independently, and in this situation Poland has also made such efforts and we hope it will succeed," he added.
When asked who was negotiating, Fogiel replied that they were representatives of the government, the Ministry of Health and "medcine agencies". As he said, these people talk directly with companies whose vaccine is authorized on the EU market.
