Duda invited the three other presidents to the presidential mansion in Jurata on the Baltic coast of Baltic to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the V4.

Speaking about the consequences of climate change, the Polish president said Poland had managed to reduce its CO2 footprint by 18 percent since 1989. "This shows the determination and efficiency of our actions in this area and bodes very well for the future."

“We spoke about coronavirus vaccine delivery problems, we spoke about the national vaccination programs that we run in our respective countries. We spoke about the eventual end of the pandemic and changes it has brought to our societies.” commented President Duda.

The Polish head of state also commented on the visit to Moscow by EU foreign affairs commissar Josep Borell where he was humiliated by the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“I think that Mr. Borell should have demanded that Mr. Navalny be freed from prison and that Russia cease persecution. This goal was not realised and let me elaborate: one can question the purpose of this meeting and its outcome.” added Duda.
