Initially, one universal vaccination point will be established in each voivodeship - they will operate in 16 towns, incl. in Bydgoszcz, Legnica, Koszalin and Radomsko. The first of them will start operating on Monday in Legnica. Other places that have been identified are Siemiatycze (Podlaskie Voivodeship), Przasnysz (Masovian Voivodeship) and Kraśnik (Lubelskie Voivodeship).

Last week, the head of the Office of the Prime Minister, Michał Dworczyk, said that the efficiency of such points amounted to "in places up to 50 thousand, at least 200 vaccinations a day. In larger places over 50 thousand - at least half a thousand vaccinations".

An additional 471 points will be created in the second quarter. At the moment, there are about 6,500 vaccination points in Poland.
