The conclusions include specific provisions concerning, on the one hand, an independent investigation conducted by the International Civil Aviation Organization, on the other hand, a fundamental restriction of European airspace for Belarus, and vice versa, a strong recommendation for Polish and other European airlines not to fly over Belarus, Prime Minister said.
"And it has already happened. LOT Polish Airlines has already provided information that they will avoid the Belarusian sky," added the head of the Polish government.
Heads of EU states gathered in Brussels condemned Belarus for forcing a Ryanair plane to land in Minsk and arresting Raman Pratasiewicz.
