There are officially 560,000 Ukrainians currently working in Poland, making them the largest number of migrants in the country. However, this number could be set to decrease. A recent poll from Work Service online employment showed that 60% of Ukrainians employed in Poland would be interested in moving to work in Germany. The poll showed that 29% would definitely move and 30% would probably do so given the opportunity. The results are all the more pertinent given the fact that Germany's work visa laws are set to become more laxed, with new legislation possibly coming into effect in 2019.
